What is Supply Chain and Operations?

The Supply Chain and Operations team work across a variety of supply chain domains including:

• Supply chain strategy, end-to-end transformation and visibility
• Supply chain planning transformation
• Procurement transformation
• Logistics and fulfilment transformation
• Manufacturing transformation
• Enterprise asset management
• Intelligent operations

We work with clients across all industries (except Financial Services) ranging from small and local businesses to large multi-national conglomerates.

At our core we are an issues-based consulting team; meaning we assess EY clients’ problems, identify potential solutions that will solve the problem, and then work with EY clients to deliver those solutions to improve operational and financial results. In many instances our clients’ problems are large and complex and require transformational solutions to overcome.
