He has been responsible for the technology initiatives of the transactions-driven strategy, transformation and performance across Europe, Asia pacific, and Latin America. 

Prior to EY, he was associated with established multinationals in technology research and consulting firms where he led post-merger technology integration, digital transformation, application rationalization and sourcing advisory, helping businesses drive revenue production and business growth.

Santosh holds a postgraduate degree in computer applications from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, India.
