Neel Goyal is a Partner at EY-Parthenon, where he leads the performance improvement agenda across sectors spanning Advanced Manufacturing, Mobility & Infrastructure (AMI) in India. He is also the India sector leader for Diversified Industrial Products (DIP) including cement and building products; engineering and industrial products, and paper and packaging. Neel has established an industry-leading practice for cement and building products.

With over 20 years of consulting experience, Neel has helped companies across manufacturing sectors improve their EBITDA through revenue improvement and cost optimization. His expertise spans business transformation, strategy and growth, route to market (RTM), supply chain, sales and operations planning (S&OP), cost optimization, manufacturing excellence and digital transformation.

Neel is also a founding member and governing council member at Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute & Research Centre (RGCI & RC).

He holds an MBA from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research and a B.Tech from the National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra.
