As EY Asia-Pacific Sell and Separate Leader, Paul supports many of the key divestitures for EY Asia-Pacific client base with a specific focus on best practice divestment for large corporations across industries through carve-out, spin-out, strategic sale or IPO.
Having worked across a broad spectrum of industries, including private equity, telecommunications, food and beverages, mining and metals, power and utilities, and banking and finance, he helps drive the industry specialization of EY transactions professionals.
Prior to the current role, Paul was helping facilitate capital investment into Eastern Europe, participating in the recapitalization of the Russian Federation as well as access to global capital markets for domestic corporates.
A Chartered Accountant, he earned a BCom in Economics from the University of Melbourne and a graduate Diploma in Applied Finance from the Securities Institute of Australia.
