Alessandro is an experienced transaction diligence consultant at EY Advisory S.p.A (“EY Italy”), a member of the Europe West Private equity services, and leading the Buy and Integrate Italian team.

Previously, Alessandro has worked in the M&A environment in the UK and Spain.

Over his career, Alessandro delivered 150+ significant buy-side and sell-side due diligence projects assisting Private Equity houses in national and international transactions across different industries (industrial products, consumer products and retail, TMT mainly). 

Alessandro graduated with honors in Management Engineering at the University of Tor Vergata (Rome, Italy), attending courses also in Stanford University and ETSII Madrid.

The due diligence phase is considered by the buyer's Management as the most challenging step of the pre-deal phase. The latter is worsened by the current complex M&A market environment, leading to an extension of the diligence timeframe to improve the level of analyses ahead of the signing.
