Olga is a Partner of EY Ukraine, Tax and Law. She leads People Advisory Services practice. Olga is also a co-leader for Performance, System and Talents for CESA region.
Olga started her career in 1998 and joined EY in 2002. She specializes in HR transformation and change management, development and implementation of all elements of people management systems.
Olga has a PhD in Economics and a degree in Law. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the US, a certified MBTI practitioner, a certified professional coach (PCC by ICF standards), a certified change management professional, a certified corporate governance professional.
