Mykhailo Prykhodko

Mykhailo is EY Ukraine Leader of Valuation, Modelling and Economics group.

He focuses on providing transaction advisory services related to infrastructure development, public-private partnerships, privatizations, as well as advising on regulatory issues and economics. During 12 years with EY, he served both public and private clients in transport infrastructure, power & utilities, oil & gas, transportation and metals & mining industries. Mykhailo also represented EY in working groups on infrastructure matters at public authorities.

Being a part of Valuation, Modeling & Economics group, Mykhailo provides valuation and modeling services to satisfy clients’ corporate, regulatory and accounting requirements. He is a certified appraiser in Ukraine.

Mykhailo is a Certified PPP practitioner.

Mykhailo holds a master’s degree in System Analysis from National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” and a BA in Finance from International Institute of Business.
