01 JUNE 2022. EY Ukraine advised Nortal, a global digital transformation leader, in its acquisition of Skelia, an award-winning leader in building cross-border IT organizations.
This acquisition brings Skelia’s cross-border organization-building expertise to Nortal’s unparalleled ability to deliver value through complex digital transformation projects.
EY's multidisciplinary team acted as an advisor to Nortal. Specifically, EY conducted legal, tax and financial due diligence of target companies and provided full legal support of the transaction.
EY project team was led by Borys Lobovyk, Partner, Law Leader for EY Ukraine. The financial part was managed by Larysa Marchenko, Partner, Transaction Advisory Services. Tax team was led by Vladimir Kotenko, Partner, Tax & Law Leader for EY Ukraine. Key project team also included Yurii Kovalenko, Associate, and Nataliia Berbat, Associate.
