Online course on international consulting
An online career program for entry-level students studying economic, legal and technical sciences at higher education institutions throughout Ukraine. EY Campus is aimed at getting to know EY, preparing to start the career in the desired profession, developing Excel and Business Writing skills. The participants also get advice on how to make winning CVs and pass interviews for successful employment. The program includes both lectures and workshops.
Projects like that are one-day lasting ones – in the morning, the participants pass profession-specific tests, and in the afternoon they communicate with recruiters and department managers. The selected participants get job offers already in the evening or the next day after the event.
Career advice by an HR specialist.
Dual education implies that full-time students study at their workplaces. Students work in the company as interns, they are included in project teams and involved in real cases. They also attend workshops and lectures in the subjects taught by both the University and EY. Each participant has a mentor from EY whose task is to help the student understand their strengths and weaknesses, guide them in their professional development, and also assist to find their further career path.
An intensive program for technical students and graduates who have basic knowledge in information security. The project has the form of lectures and workshops with EY’s IT consulting specialists. During five weeks, our colleagues share their experience with the Bootcamp participants, and at the end of the project, the best of the participants get job offers.
This event aims to introduce young people to the auditor’s job. Participants pass the selection procedure, solve a case they get from our auditors, and defend it to the experts. The finalists are invited to a business lunch with the audit practice representatives and HR specialists, where the successful participants get job offers from EY.
The school for girls interested in corporate finance is organized jointly with CFA Society Ukraine, the association of investment professionals. The participating girls get practical knowledge from the Strategy and Transactions Partner of EY Ukraine, from the specialists of EY Ukraine and other EY offices, and from EY’s career consultant and recruiter. After the studies, the best graduates get their job offers.
An educational project for girls interested in corporate finance, where the speakers are our colleagues from EY Ukraine and other EY offices. Among the participants are both graduates of Girls in Corporate Finance and other females willing to work in this area.
An opportunity to get to EY Ukraine in just a few days. After registration, students are asked to complete a study case and then defend it at a meeting with an HR specialist and a manager of the Transfer Pricing department. The finalists get job offers.
A series of webinars for students and young people, during which our colleagues tell about their work at EY, share useful life hacks and insights from work practices, as well as advise on how to make winning CVs and pass interviews to international companies.
The course is organized jointly with the Students League of the Ukrainian Bar Association (UBA). During the course, our transfer pricing and international taxation experts tell law students about the specific issues of international taxation in Ukraine, taxation of non-residents, international treaties on the avoidance of double taxation, and tax planning. The course has the form of lectures with case studies and lasts 6 weeks. Upon completion, the participants who pass the assessment get their certificates.
