Parag leads the Post Merger Integration, Carveout and Operations Due Diligence services for EY in India, advising both corporate and private equity clients on buy-side and sell-side assignments across the transaction lifecycle. With over 18 years of global consulting experience across India, the Middle East, the UK and the Americas, Parag has advised clients from varied sectors, including tech startups, consumer goods, life sciences, healthcare, and diversified manufacturing.
Parag started his professional journey as a young entrepreneur, running two startups specializing in the manufacture and foreign trade of plastic consumer products in India and China, respectively.
Post his MBA, Parag moved to the world of consulting, starting his journey with a top-tier management consultancy focusing on operational transformation projects across various sectors and geographies. Parag is also an expert in the Private Equity Performance and has experience in working on both pre-deal operations diligence and post-deal value creation work.
Parag is an Electronics Engineer and holds an MBA from INSEAD, France/ Singapore.
