As a Partner at EY-Parthenon, Avantika manages the growth agenda for the education practice, delivering client engagements in India and the Middle East, focusing on K-12, higher education, EdTech, and public policy.
With over 10 years of experience, Avantika is an expert in education strategy and operations for global school chains, universities, public sector entities, and corporate and private equity firms investing in the education/EdTech sectors.
Before EY-Parthenon, Avantika worked at other global management consulting firms, setting up new practice areas, business development, project delivery, driving internal collaboration, and building a stronger market presence across Financial Services, Public, Education, and Sports sectors. Avantika has worked at two of the largest Australian corporates in Retail and BFSI, respectively.
Avantika is a keynote speaker and has presented on ‘Future of Work’ related topics at many notable global conferences, including World Economic Forum’s industry conventions, Corporate Research Forum, and Global Youth and Apprenticeship Networks, to name a few.
Avantika holds a Ph.D. in Strategic HR Management from the IIM-Calcutta.
