European Energy, a leading developer of renewable energy assets, has signed an agreement with TotalEnergies, a French multinational energy company, to develop offshore wind projects in the Nordics. As part of the agreement, TotalEnergies will acquire a majority stake in Jammerland Bugt offshore wind project (240 MW) and Lillebaelt South nearshore wind project (165 MW) - two of only nine open-door projects confirmed by the Danish Energy Agency in December 2023.
