EY Asia-Pacific and Oceania Strategy and Transactions Leader

Shannon leads the Strategy and Transactions service line for EY Asia-Pacific and the Oceania Region. In these roles, she leads over 6,000 professionals working to drive corporate strategy, capital allocation and transaction advisory for EY clients. She sits on the EY Asia-Pacific Area Operating Executive, EY Oceania Executive Leadership Team and is sponsor for the EY organization’s Indigenous practices in Australia and New Zealand. 

Previously, Shannon led the Asia-Pacific and Oceania infrastructure advisory practices. With more than 25 years’ experience in leading infrastructure, franchising and service contracting projects in the transport sector, she has advised public and private clients on capital projects in Australia, Europe and North America. 

Additionally, Shannon chairs the Women’s Infrastructure Network (WIN) Steering Committee in Australia, an inclusive global network focused on the economic empowerment of women in society.

Shannon has a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from the University of Melbourne.

As multiple structural megatrends unfold, governments, businesses and communities need to work collectively to solve complex challenges to advance a more sustainable society. Working with public and private sector clients to develop and improve transport infrastructure, I am helping to support better quality of life, improve economic productivity and provide greater opportunities for all.
