Paul has spent most of his career as a business partner, bringing challenge and a new perspective to the businesses he consults.
With extensive experience working with senior leaders from the private and public sectors across Oceania, Asia, and Europe, he is well-versed in large-scale transformation programmes and is passionate about engaging with complex projects.
At EY, as the organisation and workforce transformation leader for the Asia-Pacific region, and as the competency leader within Oceania People Consulting services, he is involved in initiatives that support leaders through culture change, workforce challenges and business transformation. More recently, he has been involved as a co-leader for a multi-year research programme from EY Oceania in collaboration with Oxford University, Said Business School.
How is Paul building a better working world?
Research continues to show that not only do most transformation programmes fail to deliver on their potential, but they can even harm organisations and people in the process. My mission is to work in collaboration with leaders and teams to change this.
