Paul provides people advisory services in relation to workforce strategy, organisational, culture and leadership transformation to many clients, across corporate and government sectors.
Paul brings over 20 years of management consulting experience, working across Pacific, Asia and Europe. He consults at C suite and Board level to clients who have the ambition to align their organisation and people strategy with their business strategies. These engagements range from highly personalised support to business leaders to the design and execution of large scale and complex transformation programs.
Paul has fulfilled his client management and trusted advisor roles over many years, in parallel with business leadership roles. Momentarily Paul is a sub-competency leader for EY Oceania and a solution leader for EY APAC.

Paul is the co-research leader for EY’s global and multi-year research project with Oxford Univeristy’s Said Business School into organizational Transformations.
