Help achieve our ambition to create long-term value as the world’s most trusted, distinctive, professional services organisation, by collaborating with business stakeholders to take services to market.
Provide a wide range of services, such as financial reporting, planning, budgeting and analysis, markets support, billing, statutory reporting and tax services, to ensure the EY organisation is compliant with global financial policies and principles, and local statutory rules and regulations.
Provide EY client-serving professionals with a wide range of services to better understand client businesses and business environments; create and manage organisation-wide business tools and processes to share important information, and advise EY teams on how to use content and tools effectively.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the EY community and provide high quality legal services to EY service lines and business enablement functions on a range of legal-related matters that arise during the course of business.
Drive account management activities that help account teams to be more effective in building relationships with EY clients, identifying opportunities and winning a greater share in the market.
Develop and execute our people strategy, by providing services such as Talent Acquisition and Attraction (recruitment), talent development, diversity and inclusion, total rewards and wellbeing and HR transaction services support.
What will you be doing?
Spending time to understand EY service lines, purpose, vision and strategy
Helping to co-ordinate offshoring and automation initiatives
Spending time working on real-life pursuits
Helping to ensure EY client-serving professionals have access to the right people, tools and information to help their clients meet their business needs
Reviewing media releases, assisting with document reviews for the transactions team, reviewing simple engagement agreements and confidentiality agreements, undertaking contract drafting and legal research
Liaising and building relationships with various member firm partners and people in the business
Helping to execute key events across all service lines and different industry sectors for current and future clients, current and future employees, alumni and key associations
Dedication to collaboration, teamwork and inclusive leadership
