    Enterprise Risk - Risk Innovation

Part of Consultancy, we work with wider EY teams to help businesses improve their systems and processes using a digital-first mindset. We ask questions like 'how could technology make this better?' and ‘how can we look at this differently?’, then create solutions and put them in place.

Technology in Enterprise Risk - Risk Innovation

Bringing together a broad range of skills and mindsets, the Risk Innovation Hub helps clients to navigate through technology transformations and creates bespoke solutions to answer some of their biggest strategic challenges.

Leveraging emerging technologies and expertise in Low Code Platforms, Data Visualization, UI/UX Design and more, our teams help to automate and drive efficiencies both internally and externally.

    How’s it structured?

From day one you will be a full member of the Risk Innovation Hub. You will start by learning key skills on client engagements such as data visualization, database management, project management, app development, and user-centred design. By learning this mixture of technical coding, design, product management, Risk and client-focused skills, you will be at the centre of our client's digital transformations.

You will work across a multitude of clients and sectors, learning both business and broader consulting skills needed to engage with our client's problems strategically, as well as the technical ability to turn ideas into reality.

As you move into the second half of the programme, you will begin to lead and coach others, while developing your client relationship skills. You will also have the opportunity to continue as a generalist or specialize as a product or technical manager. Our product manager pathway will teach you skills related to engagement management and how to turn clients' perspectives into technology roadmaps. Our technical manager route will allow you to deeply specialize in coding, infrastructure and next-generation platforms and become an expert in creating the art of the possible.

You will receive regular guidance and mentorship to shape your career and technical skills, aligned with your career ambitions. You will have access to a wide range of digital and in-person training, seminars and technology accreditation.

Whichever pathway you take, there are lots of choices for where your career can develop, and you'll be part of a supportive, inclusive team who will give you all the help you need to decide which path is right for you.
