How Douglas is building a better working world
“I help clients understand how corporate real estate can support the evolution of the business through scenarios and benefits. Real estate is always expensive to corporations, so I often help companies save the equivalent of 1% of their revenue. But more than this, real estate is where people work, customers go to buy goods and products are manufactured. Real estate can move the needle on the top and bottom line for the company.”
