These cover commercial excellence, route to market, growth, market entry, e-commerce, retail format development as well as cost and efficiency optimization. He also led large-scale transformation projects that resulted in strong top-line growth.
Before joining EY, he was at a management consulting firm helping global and regional companies drive sustainable growth.
Adrian holds an MBA from the University of Virginia, US and a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
