Martin is a partner at EY, leading the Consulting Private Equity Industry in the Nordics. He supports private equity (PE) funds and PE-owned companies in achieving growth and profitability, drawing on nearly 15 years of experience as a management consultant and C-level executive.
Having worked on both the sell side and buy side with PE-backed companies, including as a portfolio company CFO, Martin brings a unique perspective on the challenges faced by portfolio company executives. He enjoys collaborating closely with investors and management to create value.
Before entering the business world, Martin started his career as a professional ice hockey goalie coach, traveling the world to work with elite-level athletes.
He holds a B.Sc. in Business & Economics from Stockholm University, with additional education at Harvard University and the Stockholm School of Economics.
