Anna develops the organization and offerings of EY Sustainability by working with various competencies areas and sectors. She has a focus on ensuring that sustainability transformations aim high by looking into the future for bolder visions, and include people on the journey.
Her prior work includes business development and delivery of sustainability consultancy services, project management and product development of enterprise software solutions and marketing communications.
She has a Master degree in business administration with a focus of the interlinks between management, organizations and society from Stockholm Business School. The program focused on questioning the current state of business and management and what potential there is to make it more sustainable.

Anna helps people understand how sustainability is everyone’s’ business and that all individuals are impacted. She connects the dots between challenges and solutions, between ideas and people, to drive change towards the development of regenerative and just societies and organizations.
She has been involved in taking futures thinking and manifestations into the holistic solutions that are needed, and brings in the questions of how the new is created by and affecting people in the organization.
