Leo leads the EY Channel Islands Technology Risk team at Ernst & Young LLP, where he works to drive innovation and the digital agenda across the Channel Islands.

The Channel Islands Technology Risk team seeks to provide technology-driven solutions to help reduce business risks and address challenges. They apply an integrated approach to risk that assesses business processes, policies, systems and controls. The team is at the heart of innovation in the Channel Islands providing appropriate intelligent automation, robotics and data analytics.

Leo joined EY's Jersey office in 2014 after spending three years in financial audit and two years as an IT risk assurance manager in Johannesburg.

Leo has a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting from the University of Johannesburg, and is a qualified chartered accountant (South Africa) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
