In her cross-island role, Georgie assists the Talent team with various talent initiatives. Her focus is on student and senior recruitment as well as immigration across the Channel Islands offices in Guernsey and Jersey.
Her role involves coordinating the Channel Islands work experience programmes, conducting interviews, supporting the trainees throughout their onboarding process with the global EY organization. Georgie matches trainees to their buddies and career counsellors as well as assisting them to begin their professional qualifications.
