Áine is a partner and Head of Tax in Jersey. Her role involves overseeing EY’s ambitious growth strategy for the Jersey tax team, whilst continuing to support clients navigating the complexities and opportunities of local and international tax policies, including the Economic Substance Requirements.

Áine has over 18 years’ experience in professional tax, and has extensive knowledge of both local taxation and overseas taxation from an offshore perspective.

Áine joined EY member firm office in Jersey in 2005, having become a member of the Irish Taxation Institute and gaining cross-sector industry experience in Dublin, before moving to Jersey.

She obtained a Bachelor of Commerce from the National University of Ireland, Galway and a Masters’ in Business Studies from the Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business, University College Dublin.
