The challenges vary by sector, but we have noticed that organizations - public and private - are looking ever more critically at their real estate.

He is specialized, together with his team, in valuations, strategic advice and transaction advice.

“The real estate market is in constant flux. Trends and the requirements of end users are constantly evolving, as are the various demands of stakeholders. The challenges vary by sector, but we have noticed that organizations, both public and private, are looking ever more critically at their real estate. Organizations need to operate more efficiently and effectively. This requires considered, but future-proof, real estate decisions. We advise them on these matters.”

How Arjen is building a better working world

“I’m immensely proud of my strong, enthusiastic team. Colleagues are often promoted from consultant to senior manager, which is a clear sign that they’re happy and have developed into professional sector specialists. The same can be said for me too. I’ve been working here for about 12.5 years and still love my job. All sectors have their specific challenges, and innovations are still needed. Our value added can be found in advice to the various organizations, the range of real estate assignments, and our multidisciplinary teams. And I’m still developing myself too. Every single day.”
