Anke Laan

Anke is an accountant with broad knowledge and experience ranging from family businesses to multinationals and Dutch listed companies.

In addition to auditing financial statements, she has specialized in auditing non-financial information and advising on sustainability reporting. “Transparency is important and benefits companies in many areas. But how do you do that and what do you focus on? Sustainability is a broad concept and goes much further than just CO₂ emissions. I like to help companies to implement this in the best possible way.”

Anke studied business economics at Tilburg University and has worked at EY since 2004.

Often the solution is already there in the basics and by peeling off the different aspects together you arrive at the right conclusion or a good working perspective.”
