She is passionate about working with entrepreneurs and private equity investors in executing their value creation plans through effective capital strategy. With over 20 years of deal making experience and specialization in complex cross border transactions, Shivani has advised on marquee M&A deals and capital raises.
Prior to joining EY, Shivani set up and led the Technology investment banking practice for two investment banks. Shivani is a qualified chartered accountant from India.
