With over 28 years of experience and a background in defense, he has built a diverse portfolio focused on driving resilience and cybersecurity initiatives across various sectors, including insurance, banking, logistics, hospitality, ITeS, aviation, real estate, telecom, and the automotive industry, both in India and the MENA regions.

He has successfully worked with organizations to strengthen their resilience by combining strategic insights with practical solutions. His expertise in risk management and sustainable practice development has enabled businesses to remain robust in the face of uncertainty.

Prior to joining EY, Pradeep was an entrepreneur, running a cybersecurity consulting start-up that served clients across India, South-East Asia and Africa.
