Heena leads the Financial services sector within Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCaSS) practice at EY India. With over 16 years of experience, she specializes in driving sustainability and net-zero strategies in the sector, including impact assessment and sustainable finance roadmap, non-financial reporting and assurance.

She has helped various companies in the US, South Asia, and Southeast Asia, working with notable organizations such as the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) in the US, and Aavishkaar Capital and Xynteo in India, leading initiatives across multiple sustainability themes. 

Heena holds an MBA degree from Hult International Business School, Boston(MA), US and a Master of Science in Finance from Goldey-Beacom College, Wilmington(DE), US.
