Divyansh is a Partner with EY Parthenon. With over 18 years of global consulting experience, he advises  private equity companies on technology priorities throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Throughout his career, he has worked across India, the Middle East, and APAC. Currently, he leads the technology post-merger integration, carveout and IT Due Diligence services for the Technology, media and entertainment and telecommunications (TMT) and consumer sectors. 

Before his consulting career, Divyansh worked in corporate strategy and internal transformation roles with a global IT/ITeS company. He holds an MBA in finance and operations and a BTech in electronics and communication.
