With a wealth of experience, he oversees a comprehensive portfolio encompassing Data Management, Business Intelligence, Data Science and Data Engineering.
Having joined EY in 1998, his journey in the organization is marked by significant milestones, including his instrumental role in establishing the Analytics Centre of Excellence (CoE) to enhance client delivery capabilities across all service lines. He has also played a pivotal role in setting up the Analytics practice for EY's Global Delivery Center.
Prior to his career at EY, Balaji has held leadership positions, showcasing his diverse expertise. He served as a Management Accountant at two large manufacturing companies, where he honed his skills and laid the foundation for his successful career.
Education has played a fundamental role in Balaji's journey to excellence. Having earned a degree in Commerce, he went on to achieve notable qualifications from reputable professional bodies such as, the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK), the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, and the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India.
His commitment to staying at the forefront of the industry led him to complete an Executive program on Business Analytics & Intelligence at the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
