Spyros is a Partner within EY’s Consulting Services in Greece. He is responsible for Business Consulting Services for Government and the Public Sector (GPS).
Spyros demonstrates hands-on experience and an academic background in public law and policy, as well as in understanding the function of European institutions, having served twice in key positions in the Greek public sector.
He has the ability to analyze and assess cultural and behavioral issues and the capacity to understand the peculiarities of the regulatory framework, in order to propose feasible solutions.
Spyros has significant experience in the implementation of structural reform projects, as well as broad experience in managing long-range projects in the public sector. He understands the grounds of public policies, perceives each project’s needs, and can structure and design the reform process, transforming public policies into tangible results.
Spyros’s working experience in the private sector, as well as his deep understanding of the functioning of the EU and other international institutions, allows him to efficiently bridge the private with the public sector.
He holds a law degree, an LLM in Public Law EU Integration & Policy, and an MSc in Public Law and Public Policy.
