Asif Ramji is Founder and CEO of Venture Worx, a private advisory and investment management firm specializing in financial services, security and software technology businesses. Asif has over 25 years leadership experience in investing, operating and scaling companies. Asif is an active investor and advisor to many high growth leading technology organizations, providing both entrepreneurial insights and global large scale operational experience. The Venture Worx investment portfolio includes category-leading businesses such as Patientco, Stax and Blankfactor which have all yielded outsized market returns.
Asif was the former president and CEO of Paymetric, where he successfully raised venture capital rounds, a private equity transaction and a strategic exit to Vantiv (VNTV: NYSE). Following the sale of Paymetric, Asif served in an executive capacity at Vantiv (VNTV:NYSE), Worldpay (WP:NYSE) and Fidelity National Information Systems (FIS:NYSE).
Asif was also awarded the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year US Financial Services Award and currently serves on the EY World Entrepreneur Of The Year judging committee.
Asif also serves on nonprofit community boards and civic organizations, including Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, where he is chairman of the Investment Committee, and the Atlanta CEO Council, where he serves as chairman of the board of directors.
