Felix is a partner in the EY-Parthenon Turnaround and Performance Practice Group at EY-Parthenon GmbH.
As a restructuring native, he guides clients in challenging transformation and performance improvement topics. Felix’s solutions have proved effective and ready for implementation. With his commitment and experience, he has supported multiple performance improvements with a special focus on SG&A cost and FTE reductions, target operating model, liquidity and working capital management.
Felix holds a Master‘s degree in Business Administration from the University of Bayreuth.
