As a senior consultant in EY’s Climate Change and Sustainability Services, Michelle works with clients on navigating sustainability challenges and regulatory landscapes. She is an experienced consultant, guiding both larger and smaller companies on kickstarting or furthering their sustainability journey, centered around the CSRD framework.

Michelle has a background within sustainable finance, working with investment managers and private equity alike to build sustainable investment portfolios, investment and active ownership strategies and ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks such as the SFDR.

Michelle holds a MSc. In International Business and Politics from Copenhagen Business School.
