Before her tenure at EY began in 2008, Julie served as an HR lawyer at one of the top-tier law firms in Denmark. With over two decades of expertise in Labor Law and People Sustainability, Julie has built an extensive network within the HR community.
Since 2008, Julie has been contributing monthly to a column in the Danish Business Paper, Børsen, and is often quoted by the media as an authority on both HR and labor law. In addition to her legal pursuits, Julie has an academic background in literature history and philosophy from the University of Freiburg in Germany.

Julie specializes in organizational people changes and creating a sustainable workforce. She has extensive experience in leading organizations through transformations in global environments, with a special focus on neurodiversity inclusion.
Julie has also driven a successful conference on neurodiversity, which helped cement EY's position neurodivergent workplaces and as a professional client advisors in the field.
