After gaining a master's degree in organizational psychology in 2013, Lynn has been involved in several Business & ICT transformation projects in both the public and private sector. She has an adaptable attitude, handling different roles in managing the emotional journey of all people involved.
Lynn developed excellent people and coaching skills, providing insight in strategic and operational aspects of organizational change. She can handle roles of project and change management, as well as Agile scrum master. She puts effort in designing a people plan included in the transformation plan, linking the EQ to the IQ.
