Karen is the EY Regional Environment, Health and Safety Leader. With over 20 years’ experience in work health and safety, including 15 years in the high-risk, heavily regulated electricity distribution industry, Karen’s experience is comprehensive.

Karen has worked alongside clients to help them better understand health and safety risks and opportunities, and improve governance practices, helping to enable improved decision-making.

She has a Bachelor of Management in Labour Relations, as well as a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety.

I am building a better working world by helping to create work environments where people are safe from harm and where their work makes their lives better. I work with clients to help establish systems, processes and cultures that help enable conscious decision-making at all levels, where health and safety risks are considered and prioritised, leading to great outcomes for people and for organisations.
