EY Armenia Shares Transfer Pricing Expertise at Armenian British Business Chamber (ABBC) Event

Yerevan, Armenia – [5 June, 2024] – EY Armenia participated in the Armenian British Business Chamber's (ABBC) signature event, "Business Talks," held on May 24th, 2024, at the Armenia Marriott Hotel Yerevan.

Narek Nersisyan, Head of Transfer Pricing Practice at EY Armenia, delivered a thought-provoking presentation on the critical topic of transfer pricing regulations in Armenia.  His presentation explored key areas including:

  • Understanding Transfer Pricing: An introduction to the concept and its practical application.
  • Transfer Pricing Regulations in Armenia: Covering related taxpayers, notification requirements for controlled transactions, and transfer pricing documentation.
  • Advanced Pricing Agreements (APAs): A deep dive into this valuable tool for managing transfer pricing complexities.

EY’s presentation incorporated practical examples selected from EY's extensive experience, providing valuable insights on how businesses can effectively navigate these regulations.  The session concluded with an engaging Q&A session, allowing participants to delve deeper into the intricacies of transfer pricing and its impact on their operations.
