Current role and career
As the EY EMEIA PAS South Africa Leader, Lyle is first and foremost, an HR solutions architect. He currently leads the HR technology capability for EY’s People Advisory Services (PAS), and the people technology and analytics business in South Africa.
He holds a BCom Honours degree in Strategic Management and a BA Honours degree in Industrial Psychology, both from the University of Johannesburg.
