How is Francis building a better working world?

Desmond Tutu once said, “Do your little bit of good where you are; it’s those little bits of good put together that overwhelm the world.”

Using this approach, I engage the various team members in the East Cluster to ensure a culture of taking care “small” but important things more i.e. client and employee experiences. I believe that these small gains are what contribute to building a better working world.
