Ajen Sita

EY Africa Regional Managing Partner

Strategic thinker committed to developing people and transforming the auditing profession across Africa. Digital savvy. Dedicated father and husband. Interests vary from flying drones to philosophy.

Leading the integration of EY across Africa, Ajen is Regional Managing Partner. Encompassing 28 countries, this integration strives to create a borderless approach to clients and provide growth and development opportunities for EY people. He aims to help promote growth and broaden economic participation at all levels for all Africans.

In addition to his current role, Ajen is part of the EY EMEIA Board, Global Emerging Markets Committee and Global Accounts Committee. Previously, he led EY Africa Assurance services, having started his career with EY in 1993.

He is a SAICA Chartered Accountant and holds a BAcc from the University of the Witwatersrand.
