Thy is Tax Partner at EY Consulting Vietnam Joint Stock Company (EY Consulting VN). With more than 18 years of professional experience in Vietnamese tax practice and strong industry insight, she employs a highly pragmatic approach to client relationship management. Thy is in charge of various multinational and local clients across several industries, including financial services, power and utilities, manufacturing, consumer and industrial products, and private equity.
As a full-service advisor, Thy supports clients in a range of fields, from general corporate tax advisory and compliance to in-depth tax due diligence, as well as planning and structuring of new investments, acquisitions, financing, and divestment.
Thy leads the Transaction Tax practice in Ho Chi Minh City and has been involved in various significant mergers and acquisitions (M&A) projects on both the buy and sell sides.
She holds a Bachelor degree in Economics from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City and is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and CPA Australia.
