How Martha is building a better working world
“Companies that employ a ‘one size fits all’ approach to their talent and total reward programs will need to re-think their people strategies going forward. As the macro trends reshaping the future of work continue to evolve and accelerate, the opportunity for HR to support the achievement of business and employee well-being outcomes while enhancing employee engagement has never been more vital.
I thrive on helping companies (and EY engagement teams) reimagine their employee value propositions and total reward strategies to support their evolving hybrid work models while increasing employee engagement by curating digital HR and consumer grade employee experiences that offer employee choice and customization.”
