EY Türkiye Public Sector Leader and Consulting Services Partner, EY Türkiye Family Business Services Coordinator. Married, father of a daughter and a son, motorcycle and clarinet enthusiast.

Continuing his career as EY Türkiye Government and Public Sector Leader and Advisory Services Partner, Serhat Akmeşe supports public institutions and organizations in the fields of treasury and finance, local government, health, defense, agriculture, commerce and other public services sectors.

He mainly focuses on adapting digital technologies to public service delivery, developing and innovating public policies based on data and evidence, effectively planning and monitoring public investments, improving the investment environment, improving public financial management processes, improving good management, internal control and risk management processes.

In addition to his role in Government and Public Sector, Serhat Akmeşe coordinates EY Türkiye Family Business Services and supports his clients in areas such as corporate governance, business model transformation and organizational restructuring in order to sustain the growth of Family Businesses through future generations.

After graduating from the Department of Economics, ODTU, Akmeşe completed his Master's degree in Business Administration at Bilkent University. He has PMP, CISA, CIA, SMMM certificates.
