Helen is the EY Greater China Managing Partner of Consulting with more than 20 years of experience in advising state-owned enterprises, private companies and multinational corporations. Given her expertise in management improvement and risk assessment, Helen has been appointed as an advisor of the Internal Control Standards Committee by China’s Ministry of Finance (MOF), the State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC), and China Institute of Internal Audit. She has led multiple national research projects on internal control and audit.
