How Oliver is building a better working world

“Large-scale infrastructure projects are typically complex and come with various risks that need to be addressed from the beginning. I help organizations assess such projects in line with their short- and long-term objectives while considering potential risks relating to economic uncertainties, regulatory complexity, technological disruptions and funding constraints. This allows them to make more informed investment, strategic and operational decisions and develop tailored strategies that help drive project success.”
