Martin is an experienced forensic accounting professional who assists businesses in quantum and valuation issues in litigation, arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution procedures. These include the determination of losses arising from a breach of contract, business disruption, tort and other causes.
He has also helped many companies with investigations into allegations of directors’ malfeasance and misfeasance, misstatements of financial statements, bribery and corruption, dissipation of assets as well as employee fraud.
Martin is often appointed as an expert witness and a single joint expert by government bodies and private sector clients, including law firms, corporations and financial institutions.
Martin is a Fellow of CPA Australia and a Practising Member of The Academy of Experts, UK. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from the Queensland University of Technology, Australia.
