How Daniel is building a better working world
“M&A transactions are never straightforward, and careful planning, flexibility in tackling unexpected issues that arise and a healthy dose of tenacity are key to their success. I work with investors and sellers to understand transaction nuances to identify risks, which ultimately improves their decision-making as they are accountable to their stakeholders.”
