A seasoned M&A adviser, Peter Latos has nearly 25 years of experience advising clients on complex cross-border transactions globally. While his deal experience spans many industries, it is concentrated in energy and natural resources, technology and media, and consumerand healthcare. He also brings experience of leading multidisciplinary teams on complex business transformation projects.
In his previous organization, Peter successfully led a combined consulting and transactions business in Ukraine, launching multiple new service lines, and doubling the team over a three-year period, as well as implementing the firm’s global alliance with Microsoft.
Peter is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, has a Postgraduate Certificate in International Business from the University of Edinburgh and graduated with a Master of Business Administration degree from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées School of International Management in Paris, where he was awarded with a distinction for Advanced Strategic Management.
