Key challenges for granting new financing in the current regulatory (including ESG-related), market and political conditions as well as challenges for restructuring processes. These are the leading topics that we will discuss during this year's edition of the conference.

As is the case every year, our conference is addressed primarily to the representatives of financing institutions providing funding or operating in the area of restructuring, lawyers, managers and other professionals supporting structuring and restructuring processes.

In a pleasant, informal setting at Villa Foksal in Warsaw, over a glass of wine, we want to discuss with you the key challenges associated with structuring and restructuring of debt financing in Poland and Europe. As part of this year's edition, we want to address the following topics, among others:

• Key challenges for providing new funding in the current regulatory (including ESG), market or political environment.
• Key challenges for restructuring processes.
• Contemplated amendments to the restructuring law.
• Market expectations – within the key areas for new funding and restructuring projects.
